I am quite happy with where my design is heading in regards to the Federation Mall aspect, but I feel the design needs to somehow link to other parts of Australia. In Project 1, my group and I discussed the possibility of different nodes across Australia (located on the map below), each with a different 'Agent of Parliament' (also below), acting in a hive mentality.
I think I want to take this idea somewhat further / slightly altered, and create a mobile design for small interaction nodes that can be shipped (well, via train actually) across Australia to various areas. These nodes would be able to be installed for short periods of time, and can link as an information / communication hub that connects to the Federation Mall (which would act as the epicentre / hub).
I think this could be a pretty interesting way to gather feedback, information, opinions from other areas of the country.
